When we introduce our children to music, we introduce them to a world of creativity, innovation, understanding and openness and in doing so we encourage them to reach their full potential as individuals.
Over the last number of years the Irish Chamber Orchestra has initiated and collaborated in a number of Community Engagement projects. These projects range from access based initiatives such as Sing Out with Strings to research activities, like The Limerick Lullaby Project. Each initiative works to bring music into the community, introducing children, young people and adults to music in a tangible, relevant and exciting way. All of these projects are ongoing.
